1: We have a 30 day return policy. Contact us by email, mail or phone to request a return authorization and state the reason for the return.
2: We extend the return policy for Christmas/Hannukah season. We realize that 30 days just isn't enough time so we allow returns up until January 31st.
3: Orders over $25.00 per shipping address are not charged for shipping, handling & insurance.
4: If you are purchasing gifts that must be shipped to more than one location you may wish to email us with your instructions so that we may proceed swiftly on your behalf.
5: If you prefer to pay by personal check or money order, please email us immediately with your order (instead of using our shopping cart system) so that we may place them on hold until we receive payment.
